Turn the relationships you already have into more leads, visibility, and opportunities.

You probably don’t need to meet hundreds of new people to grow your business.

You need to get more intentional about the people you already know—and the relationships you want to build next.

The Power 100 Tracker helps you identify, organize, and activate the 100 relationships that can help you grow your business, expand your visibility, open doors, and create opportunities for others along the way.

Your network is one of your most valuable business assets.

Are you managing it like one?

Most entrepreneurs can tell you how many followers they have.

They know how many people are on their email list.

They might even know how many leads are sitting in their sales pipeline.

But ask them:

  • Who are the 20 people most likely to create an opportunity for you this year?

  • Who could introduce you to your next client?

  • Who could invite you into a room you can’t access on your own?

  • Who could amplify your work to an entirely new audience?

  • Who needs to understand what you’re building?

  • Who haven’t you talked to in six months that you should reconnect with?

Stop managing relationships on vibes.

If relationships are one of the ways you generate leads, referrals, visibility, partnerships, and opportunities, they deserve the same intentionality you give the rest of your business.

But most of us are keeping our networks in our heads.

  • We remember to reach out when we need something.

  • We lose track of people we meant to follow up with.

  • We forget who offered an introduction.

  • We don’t know which relationships are actually creating opportunities.

“I should network more” isn’t a strategy.

The Power 100 gives you a simple system for knowing who you want to build relationships with, where those relationships stand, and what you want to do next.

What’s a Power 100?

Your Power 100 is the 100 relationships you intentionally build, maintain, and activate around your business, career, and impact.

And no—it’s not a list of 100 people you want something from. That’s extraction, not contribution and powerful relationships are based on mutuality and reciprocity, not all take and no give.

Your Power 100 might include:

Prospective

Clients

Current & Former Clients

Connectors & Door Openers

Collaborators & Referrals

Peers

Community Leaders

Amplifiers

Advisors & Mentors

Because opportunities don’t only come from buyers.

They move through relationships.

Turn how you manage relationships into a system.

Use the Power 100 Tracker to:

IDENTIFY

Identify the people and relationships that matter to where you’re going.

ORGANIZE

Capture and categorize who they are, how you know them, and how to reach them.

PRIORITIZE

Assess fit, proximity, readiness, relevant offers, and when to engage.

ACTIVATE

Connect, reconnect, ask, support, introduce, and create opportunities.

TRACK

Track conversations, follow-ups, opportunities, and outcomes.

Because the goal isn’t to “use your network.”

It’s to build relationships where opportunities can move in both directions.

More relationships aren’t necessarily the answer.

More intentional relationships are.

You don’t need the biggest audience.

You don’t need 50,000 LinkedIn followers.

And you don’t need to spend every networking event collecting business cards from people you’ll never speak to again.

You need the right people to know you,
trust you,
understand what you do,
and think of you when the right opportunity appears.

And you need to do the same for them.

Start with the relationships you already have.

You don’t have to identify all 100 today.

Start with 20.

  • Who should you reconnect with?

  • Who should you know better?

  • Who could you support?

  • Who could you introduce?

  • Who needs to understand what you’re building?

  • What opportunities are already sitting inside your relationships?

Hi, I'm Carissa.

I’m a business advisor and partner in power. I help women and underrepresented founders build businesses that create power, wealth, choice, and space—so they can enjoy it, share it, and multiply their impact.

Before I became an entrepreneur, I built my career in corporate America as a sales analyst and intrapreneur. My job was to look at sales and marketing metrics, forecast revenues, analyze customer buying behavior to understand what was happening, identify opportunities, and help make smarter business decisions.

Today, I bring that same analytical approach to entrepreneurship. I help founders look at what’s actually happening in their businesses, understand the numbers and relationships driving growth, and make strategic decisions about what to do next.

I believe vetting for values and vibes matters in business matters.

But we’re not building businesses on vibes alone.
