I bought all of the stand alone courses, signed up for multiple programs, and worked with many different coaches thinking they were the solution to my problems. Hi, I'm Carissa
I’m on a mission to help BIPOC entrepreneurs achieve time, location, financial and occupational freedom.
I'm a 2nd-generation Filpina-American woman, daughter of immigrants, business coach and consultant for multi-passionate, ambitious BIPOC entrepreneurs. As a former strategic planner & analyst and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) director, I have over 15 years of cross-industry experience working on the operations and the human side of business, from the private sector, to startups, to non-profits.
