Our Mission
To support the social, political, and economic advancement of marginalized communities by helping BIPOC + women entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their own businesses.
Our Vision
We are working to build a world where people of marginalized identities can hold social, political, and economic power and achieve work, time, location, and financial freedom.
This means having the power and autonomy to choose our career paths in non-toxic work environments, to get a good education, to buy a home, to go on vacation, to save for retirement, to donate and volunteer for a cause, and to give back to our communities.
Our Values
Equity
We build spaces where power is actually shared. We invite people in while establishing systems where everyone has real influence, resources, and decision-making power. Equity is about shifting financial, political, and economic control into the hands of the people we support.
Freedom
We work on our own terms. We embrace the ability to walk away, to choose what aligns with us, and to build a life and business based on our preferences. When you control your time, money, and decisions, you can call your own shots and never be at the mercy of someone else’s power.
Agency

Hey, it’s me Carissa Begonia, like the flower! I’m a business strategist, a LinkedIn Top Voice, a proud daughter of immigrants, and the founder of CONSCIOUSXCHANGE.
At CONSCIOUSXCHANGE, I help you turn your lived experience into leadership and your expertise into income, all while staying true to your values and purpose.
I started this work because I know what it’s like to feel unappreciated and underestimated in the world of business. I made it my mission to change that.
After 15+ years in corporate leadership and leading DEI at Zappos, I stepped out to build something of my own… a space where entrepreneurs like me and you are supported and celebrated!
