Hi, I’m Carissa, the founder of CONSCIOUSXCHANGE and your guide in the F2F course.
Like a lot of people, I spent years working corporate jobs in America. However, it didn’t take me long to realize that the traditional workplace wasn’t built for people like me— BIPOC professionals with bold ideas and dreams of freedom.
Stuck and undervalued, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, determined to create a life on my terms.
But the grass isn’t so much greener on the other side either. I faced countless challenges, made costly mistakes, and learned lessons the hard way. Those experiences shaped the framework I now teach, designed to help you avoid the same pitfalls.
