We don’t shy away from talking about the really important stuff like goals, growth, and getting paid. You’ll sit on the hot seat to share what you’re working toward and what’s getting in the way. You may be having a sales plateau, hesitating to make a scary next move, or confused about your pricing. Whatever it is, bring it to the group. The community will meet you with relevant strategy, loving honesty, and solutions from people who actually get it. We talk goals and money here, not just feelings.

Member-Led Workshop

This is where the brilliance gets passed around. You show up with your wisdom and your questions because someone else here may need your expertise or have the answer you’ve been searching for. Each month, one of you leads a workshop, offering your knowledge and experience to uplift the crew and spotlight your work. We don’t gatekeep in TXC. We share, we teach, and we grow together.

Body Doubling and Coworking Sessions

You don’t have to grind alone. These virtual sessions ignite your momentum and encourage healthy productivity. We log in, check in, and get stuff done together. You can tackle client work, admin tasks, creative projects, or whatever it is you’re busy with. There's something powerful about getting in a space where everyone’s locked in and cheering each other on. You’ll stay focused, feel motivated, and finally crush out that to-do list.

Intentional Connection Building Conversation

Deeper conversations lead to deeper connections. Beyond surface-level networking, we give time for talks about life: navigating health challenges, caring for aging parents while raising kids, managing ADHD, riding the waves of perimenopause, and everything in between. CARISSA

Founder of CONSCIOUSXCHANGE

Hi, I'm Carissa!

I’m a 2nd generation Filipina American daughter of immigrants and the first in my family and friends to become an entrepreneur.

I created CONSCIOUSXCHANGE because I couldn't find a BIPOC coach or a business community of BIPOC entrepreneurs, especially ones that centered my values as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, & Belonging professional.

I wanted to be with people who understand what it's like to navigate running a business as a person of color with all the generational barriers as an immigrant or child of immigrants, and without anyone in their social circles to show them the ropes.

So in true Carissa fashion, when you can't find what you are looking for, you build it yourself.

Since starting my business, I've become a sought-after public speaker charging 5-figures for my speaking engagements having spoken at organizations such as Calendly and Eventbrite.

Not seeing a lot of entrepreneurs who look like me and a need for more BIPOC coaches and consultants to share their stories and offer support from their lived experiences, I now teach other BIPOC entrepreneurs how to also start, grow, and scale their own businesses to $100k and beyond.

As a former Director of Operations as well as a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) coach, my experience spans across both the operations and human sides of business.

With my consulting hat, I help my clients build spreadsheets, systems, tools, and processes to help them run their businesses more smoothly. With my coaching hat, I also help my clients level up their mindset with EQ tools and practices to help them achieve their big audacious business and life goals.

I truly believe entrepreneurship is the path to liberation and my mission is to help more BIPOC entrepreneurs design and create their own liberatory futures through building their own businesses.

Hi, I'm Ashley!

I'm the eldest daughter of Haitian immigrants, who bucked the expectation of law school to pivot to tech marketing instead, then quit corporate life to jump feet first into entrepreneurship with nothing lined up. I am, in so many ways, my ancestors' biggest dream and my mother's worst nightmare.

I’m also a multi-passionate community catalyst dedicated to using the power of connection to drive meaningful social impact. With over a decade of experience in digital strategy, social media marketing, and community engagement, I specialize in helping purpose-driven organizations align their vision and values to build authentic, impactful communities online and in person.

As a BIPOC entrepreneur myself, I know firsthand the value of networking and communicating with fellow business owners who understand all of the highs and lows in this journey. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating spaces like The XCHANGE Community. When Carissa shared her vision for TXC, I knew in my gut this was where I needed to be. This is the kind of space I’ve always wished for: a peer-driven community where we can be honest about what’s working (and what’s not), get real support, and grow our businesses without sacrificing our well-being.
